Coaching Services

Discovering you are autistic as an adult often comes after a major life event. Perhaps you are dealing with a period of burnout that has led to a mental health crisis. Maybe you’re like me and you ended up on a Performance Improvement Plan at work. Or you may have a child that just received an autism diagnosis.

There can be a lot of feelings that go with being a late-diagnosed autistic woman. On the one hand, you may not be the least bit surprised, especially if you’ve spent your life wondering why relationships, friendships, school, work, or just the day-to-day functions of life feel daunting.

You may also be overwhelmed by the amount of information out there and not sure where to go next or what this new information about your brain means for you. Or you may feel discouraged by all of the negative messaging about autism. This is where a life coach can help you.

There is a wealth of information out there on living with autism, especially for those who may have been diagnosed as autistic later in life. Just hop on TikTok or Instagram and I’m one of many, many autistic creators among many voices. As a life coach for autistic women, I can help you sort through it while honoring your unique brain and sensory profile and apply the advice that works best for you in creating a life of your dreams.

I’ve been where you are. As an #actuallyautistic life coach, I will be a guiding light who will walk with you on the journey between receiving an autism diagnosis, discovering your unique skills and strengths, and living your best life. I am dedicated to your success and happiness as an autistic individual. The key word here is individual. After all, according to Steven Covey, “If you’ve met one autistic person, you’ve met one autistic person.”

The most liberating part about receiving an autism diagnosis later in life is that you get to revisit some of your previous life choices. With a life coach, you won’t have to revisit those choices alone. Together, we can use your unique strengths and talents to develop practical tools and strategies to help you live your best life, even in a world that can often feel confusing and overwhelming. We will work to create a plan that works with your unique brain and sensory systems instead of forcing you to change them. In our work together, we can work on a number of life goals including:

  • Finding and keeping satisfying relationships
  • Career discovery
  • Finding and keeping a job
  • Preventing and recovering from burnout
  • Navigating executive functioning challenges
